To understand what a modular home or commercial building is, it is important to know what it is not: It is not a mobile home, double wide home or sectional, which are designed as movable buildings and have location restrictions. Modular homes are site-built permanent homes.

Our Builder Policy – Standing Behind Our Work

Unlike other modular homes on the market, every GHC Signature Series home comes with a one-year warranty for any defects in workmanship and materials plus a 10-year structural warranty. In addition, many components of our homes are warranteed for extended periods of time by their manufacturers, ranging from 5 to 50 years or more.

Customer Service

At Sweetwater Homes, we want you to be satisfied with the workmanship and material before you move in. We will do a complete walk through and a GHC home checklist. After receipt of that checklist in their service department, GHC will have a service professional at your home in two weeks or less to make the adjustments required, if any. Emergency repairs can be handled even sooner.
